1. Product

SmackBook is a macOS application sold as a one-time digital purchase. Additional content packs may be purchased separately.

2. License

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use SmackBook on up to 3 devices. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the software.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds once the license key has been activated. A free trial is available so you can test the app before purchasing.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). By purchasing, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service.

5. Disclaimer

SmackBook is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for any damage to your MacBook from excessive slapping. Please slap responsibly.
